Ohio Licensed Database Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely Monday through Friday, the full-time Ohio Licensed Database Developer will assist in supporting the overall database needs of the Enterprise, focusing on the development and maintenance of various analytics and .NET applications using MS SQL and/or Teradata.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver database analytics and web-based applications while administering existing databases and designing new ones
- Perform data modeling, database optimization, and establish database development standards and best practices
- Monitor systems for performance, support multiple projects, and provide periodic on-call duty for department applications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (additional experience may offset degree requirement)
- Three years of database development experience with MS SQL, Teradata, Snowflake, or similar technologies
- Solid understanding of databases and .NET computing environment concepts
- Excellent knowledge of current technologies and project management skills
- Diverse technology background with strong communication skills
