Ohio Licensed Employee Benefits Producer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Ohio Licensed Employee Benefits Producer, this hybrid or remote position will focus on growing the Employee Benefits business in the Ohio market by developing new business opportunities and building client relationships with employers and HR leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new Employee Benefits opportunities through various networking and prospecting methods
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers to support account growth
• Lead prospects through the sales process, collaborating with the Employee Benefits service team to create tailored benefit strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits or insurance industry
• Prior sales, production, or business development experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of group Employee Benefits and the needs of small to mid-sized employers
• Active Life & Health insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to build relationships and establish credibility with business leaders
