Job Summary
As a full-time remote Ohio Licensed Employee Benefits Specialist, the successful candidate will manage the RFP process for new and existing business, utilizing relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills to ensure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate RFP risks for amendments and new groups
- Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements
- Analyze RFP documents for underwriting feasibility and proposal accuracy
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Group Employee Benefits Products and underwriting guidelines preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred
- Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the assigned territory required
- Strong relationship management skills and customer service orientation
