Job Summary
Leading member care in a remote environment, the Ohio Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will conduct telehealth evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders while collaborating with a dedicated care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
- Deliver care for substance use disorders
- Prescribe medications as appropriate and complete documentation in the EHR
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable FNP license in Ohio, with Medicaid enrollment preferred
- At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction, or relevant previous experience
- Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
- Empathy for members facing behavioral health challenges
