Ohio Licensed Hospice Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Hospice Supervisor will oversee Medicaid room and board eligibility processes, manage facility invoice validation, and ensure compliance with state regulations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of Hospice Ancillary Specialists in managing Medicaid room and board workflows
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicaid R&B rules and ensure accurate application of facility contracts
• Oversee the timely review and payment of facility invoices, collaborating with Finance for reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospice operations, Medicaid billing, or related revenue cycle work
• Strong understanding of Medicaid room and board requirements and facility billing processes
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate payer portals
• Associate's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
