Job Summary
Offering a flexible schedule, the part-time Ohio Licensed Hospice Veterinarian will provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care, focusing on meaningful interactions with families during their pets' final moments.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pets and their families
- Manage a self-scheduled workload, accommodating 2 to 5 days per week based on personal preference
- Provide support and guidance to grieving families, ensuring a dignified farewell for their pets
Required qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance
- Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record review prior to start date
