Ohio Licensed HR Generalist

Job Summary

Supporting the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) business unit, the full-time Ohio Licensed HR Generalist will manage talent acquisition initiatives, enhance employee engagement and onboarding processes, and serve as a trusted HR resource for both employees and managers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to identify hiring needs and support talent acquisition efforts for entry-level positions
• Develop and enhance career pathing frameworks, partnering with managers to identify employee development opportunities
• Conduct HR meet-and-greets with new hires and support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2 to 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist capacity
• Experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management and workplace investigations
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with a focus on aligning talent with business needs
• Experience supporting recruiting initiatives and developing talent management or employee development programs preferred
