Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Ohio Licensed Insurance Customer Service Rep, this position will manage inbound calls to assist members with insurance inquiries and AAA memberships while working remotely in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide assistance with insurance policy questions and AAA membership inquiries
- Deliver personalized solutions and recommend products and services to members
- Engage with members using strong communication skills and navigate multiple systems while multitasking
Required qualifications
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must reside within the State of Ohio
- Spanish fluency is a plus
