Ohio Licensed Intervention Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Ohio Licensed Intervention Specialist, the remote position will support students with Individualized Education Programs by conducting assessments, facilitating IEP meetings, and collaborating with teachers to modify curricula and implement intervention strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support educational and behavioral goals for students, particularly those with IEPs
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and facilitate IEP meetings, including writing goals and objectives
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement intervention strategies and modify general education curricula as needed

Required qualifications

• Current Ohio Intervention Specialist License (preferred)
• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards
• Experience working in a multi-cultural setting (preferred)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBI/BCI)
