Ohio Licensed Intervention Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Ohio Licensed Intervention Specialist, the remote position will support students with Individualized Education Programs by conducting assessments, facilitating IEP meetings, and collaborating with teachers to enhance educational strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support educational and behavioral goals for students, particularly those with IEPs
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and facilitate IEP meetings, writing goals and objectives
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify curriculum and implement intervention strategies

Required qualifications

• Current Ohio Intervention Specialist License
• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards
• Experience in a multi-cultural setting (preferred)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBI/BCI)
