Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Ohio Licensed Intervention Specialist, the remote full-time position will support students with Individualized Education Programs by conducting assessments, facilitating IEP meetings, and collaborating with teachers to enhance educational strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and facilitate IEP meetings while writing goals and objectives
- Work cooperatively with classroom teachers to implement intervention strategies and modify curricula as needed
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding students' academic and social-emotional growth
Required qualifications
- Current Ohio Intervention Specialist License
- Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards
- Experience in a multi-cultural setting (preferred)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
- Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks (FBI/BCI)
