Job Summary

Managing complex liability claims, the full-time Ohio Licensed Liability Adjuster will conduct investigations, evaluate coverage, and negotiate settlements while working remotely from anywhere in Ohio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and evaluate coverage and liability for claims
• Set and maintain reserves, negotiate settlements, and document claims files
• Identify subrogation opportunities and initiate appropriate actions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of claims or customer service experience, preferably in casualty claims
• Appropriate license(s) as required by the state of Ohio
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
