Job Summary
To support clients in securing affordable life insurance coverage, the fully remote Ohio Licensed Life Insurance Agent will guide seniors and their families through final expense life insurance options, conducting needs assessments and managing a consistent pipeline of company-provided leads.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate final expense life insurance options and make informed decisions
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' coverage goals, budget, and health profiles
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process while maintaining compliance and tracking activities in the CRM
Required qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
- 2-3 years of life insurance sales experience, with a preference for final expense experience
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and have empathetic conversations with senior clients
- Comfortable working in a phone sales environment with company-provided leads
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with systems such as Salesforce and Five9
