Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Ohio Licensed Medicare Agent will leverage provided leads to assist seniors in navigating Medicare options while building their own independent business with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding Medicare options and enrollments using provided leads
• Complete training through Connie Academy to master Medicare fundamentals and sales techniques
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio while achieving sales milestones for bonuses and commissions

Required qualifications

• Active health license required; AHIP certification can be obtained post-hire
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, insurance, or inside sales
• No prior Medicare sales experience necessary; ideal for those new to the Medicare market
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a personal business
• Comfortable using technology and digital sales platforms
