Job Summary
To support a growing virtual medical practice, an Ohio Licensed Menopause Provider (CNM/WHNP) will conduct remote patient visits, assess symptoms, formulate individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multi-specialty team to deliver holistic care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits to provide comprehensive medical care for patients
- Assess symptoms and manage medications, including hormone therapy and non-hormonal options
- Collaborate with registered dietitians and therapists to create integrated care plans
Required qualifications
- Active Advanced Practice Provider (APP) license as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in perimenopause and menopause care
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care
