Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Ohio Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, facilitating group sessions and ensuring client engagement while adhering to best practices and operational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions for clients, fostering engagement and cohesion while following established curriculum
- Complete onboarding requirements and maintain regular communication with supervisors and team members
- Document treatment notes within a 24-hour timeframe, ensuring compliance with agency and professional standards
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with a focus on group treatment
- Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions
- Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays, as well as Saturdays
