Ohio Licensed Mortgage Advisor

Job Summary

Seeking an Ohio Licensed Mortgage Advisor, the full-time hybrid role will manage outreach to previous customers and prequalified borrowers through calls, emails, and texts to solicit referrals, take applications, and provide updates throughout the loan process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent contact with prequalified borrowers and past customers to identify future opportunities
• Assist with mortgage applications, answer questions, and connect borrowers with Mortgage Specialists for financing options
• Utilize technology to document customer interactions and provide timely updates from application through closing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• State-specific mortgage license or ability to obtain it within 90 days under Temporary Authority
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a call center
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Encompass experience is preferred
• Ability to learn and apply mortgage lending knowledge, including guidelines and federal regulations
