Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Ohio Licensed Mortgage Funder will manage the preparation and reconciliation of closing disclosures, prepare closing documents, and order funds for closing in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create accurate Closing Disclosures and obtain necessary approvals
- Prepare and deliver closing packages to settlement agents on time
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations while monitoring funding goals and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Experience with a variety of loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, DPA's)
- Proficiency with Encompass Loan Origination System
- Strong understanding of TRID regulations, CD balancing, and loan documentation
