Ohio Licensed Outpatient Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Ohio Licensed Outpatient Therapist will provide mental health evaluations, implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation while working flexible weekend hours in either Westerville or Worthington, OH.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans while ensuring ongoing documentation meets company policy
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 client visits per week for part-time and 25 for full-time therapists
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance client experience and fill gaps in community mental health services
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid Ohio clinical licensure (MFT, LPC, LSW, IMFT, LPCC, LISW, etc.)
- Experience with treatment plans and clinical documentation
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT
- Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems like Valant
