Ohio Licensed PAC Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional patient care remotely, the full-time Ohio Licensed PAC Specialist will manage phone-based interactions with patients and healthcare professionals, process prescription information, and support various stages of patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer service in a phone-based setting while processing a high volume of prescription data
• Collaborating with clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to address patient needs and facilitate prescription authorizations
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality while onboarding new patients and managing medication profiles

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPhT certification is preferred, but not required
