Key responsibilities:
- Lead litigation end-to-end, managing cases through strategy development, discovery, and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
- Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Active Ohio Bar license required; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred
- Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
- Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
- Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage a full caseload in a remote environment
