Ohio Licensed Pharmacist Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Epic Willow pharmacy team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacist Analyst will manage application configuration, deployment, and support while educating staff on EPIC functionality in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process and implement approved change requests related to the Willow or Pharmacy applications
- Respond to system incidents, providing support and assistance to users to resolve issues
- Participate in projects as the Willow representative, including system design documentation and recommendations for enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Current Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
- 2 years of Information Technology experience
- Knowledge of Epic Willow or relevant EMR systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
