Job Summary
Providing exceptional patient support, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will resolve inbound questions and concerns in a remote pharmacy environment, while maintaining patient records and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Collect patient balances and serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals
- Maintain patient records with confidentiality and assist with patient questions effectively
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA)
- Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
- Must be at least 18 years of age
