Job Summary
Providing exceptional patient support, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage high-volume inbound calls, resolve patient inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records in a remote pharmacy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve their questions as an ExactCare expert
- Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals on behalf of patients
- Maintain patient records with attention to detail and uphold confidentiality standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate
- Must maintain pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
- Must be at least 18 years of age
