Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support patient care in a remote environment, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage phone-based interactions with patients and healthcare professionals, process prescription information, and ensure quality service delivery in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.

Key responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers via phone
• Entering and processing high volumes of prescription data accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals to facilitate patient care and medication management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Current certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
• Valid pharmacy technician registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Ability to work in a remote office environment, primarily sitting at a desk
