Job Summary
Providing exceptional patient care in a remote environment, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage phone-based interactions, process prescription information, and support patient onboarding while working a 7 on/7 off schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service through phone interactions with patients, doctors, and facilities
- Processing a high volume of prescription data accurately and efficiently
- Acting as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to facilitate patient care
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) with current registration
- Active pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
