Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician
Job Summary
To support the Rx Solutions Center, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage member, pharmacy, and provider calls related to pharmacy clinical campaigns while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform technical and clerical duties such as confirming member identity and updating demographic information
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, escalating issues as necessary based on protocols
- Ensure a positive member experience by providing accurate information and maintaining high customer service standards
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one (1) year clinical call center experience
- Three (3) years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Ohio Technician Registration required
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred
