Job Summary
To support patient care in a remote setting, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage phone-based interactions with patients and healthcare professionals, process prescription information, and maintain patient records while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience in a phone-based environment
- Entering a high volume of data and processing prescription information accurately
- Serving as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals on behalf of patients
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate
- Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
- Must be 18 years of age or older
