Job Summary
To support a growing patient care initiative, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will provide exceptional customer service in a remote environment, handling prescription information, processing authorizations, and liaising with patients and healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience in a phone-based environment
- Entering a high volume of data and processing prescription information with speed and accuracy
- Serving as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on behalf of patients
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) and current registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work independently in a remote office-based environment
