Job Summary
To support patient engagement in a remote environment, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage high-volume inbound calls, resolve patient inquiries, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while maintaining patient records and ensuring exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve their questions regarding services
- Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals on behalf of patients
- Maintain patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality while providing exceptional customer service
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) with current registration
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
- Ability to work independently in a remote phone-based environment
