Job Summary
To support a growing pharmacy team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will manage training for new hires, coordinate cross-training efforts, and provide subject matter expertise to enhance departmental efficiencies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute significantly to daily operations and tasks as assigned by leadership
- Train new and existing team members on departmental processes and procedures
- Support leadership in performance improvement initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certified Technician with the state Board of Pharmacy
- Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes
- Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflow is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
