Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead
Job Summary
To support a growing pharmacy team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will manage training for new hires, coordinate cross-training efforts, and provide subject matter expertise to enhance departmental efficiencies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute significantly to daily operations by performing assigned tasks and supporting leadership initiatives
- Train new hires and existing team members, ensuring they understand departmental workflows and processes
- Lead continuous improvement projects by developing training guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician with the state Board of Pharmacy
- Proven experience in pharmacy departmental workflows and processes
- Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflows is highly preferred
- Ability to develop and implement training programs aligned with departmental goals
