Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a remote team of pharmacy technicians, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pharmacy Technician Supervisor will oversee prescription data entry, order management, and patient outreach while ensuring compliance and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of 15-20 pharmacy technicians, ensuring accurate and timely processing of communications
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings for feedback and professional development, and deliver performance management
• Collaborate with other supervisors to align team goals and implement process improvements across business units

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Lead Pharmacy Technician or in a similar supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Active/Clear certification as a Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems such as Brightree, PioneerRx, or GuardianRx preferred
• Experience in training and coaching team members in pharmacy operations preferred
