Ohio Licensed Pricing Leader

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies for Property & Casualty products, the full-time Ohio Licensed Pricing Leader will oversee a pricing team, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive profitability and innovation in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions
• Provide strategic direction to the pricing team to achieve product line objectives and monitor financial performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage all rate reviews and filings related to pricing

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, business, finance, mathematics, economics, or a related field
• Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) designation preferred
• Typically ten years of related experience in pricing, actuarial, or product roles
• Five years of prior management experience preferred
• Strong foundational knowledge of technology and actuarial data and tools, with advanced modeling experience preferred
