Ohio Licensed Procurement Buyer

Job Summary

To support procurement operations, the full-time Ohio Licensed Procurement Buyer will manage purchase requisitions, ensure compliance and pricing accuracy, and expedite orders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with procurement responsibilities by reviewing purchase requisitions and ensuring compliance with contracts
• Expedite orders and document back orders in the Materials Management Information System (Workday)
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting internal customers with procurement needs and maintaining professional relationships

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in hospital procurement
• Experience with supply chain information systems, preferably Workday
• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain processes is desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
