Job Summary

Representing buyers and sellers in real property transactions, the full-time Ohio Licensed Real Estate Agent will engage in a hybrid role based in Ashland, OH, handling tasks such as showing homes, conducting market analyses, and guiding clients through negotiations while utilizing advanced technology and marketing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Show homes, conduct market analyses, and prepare and present offers to clients
• Prospect and follow up on leads while building and maintaining a client database
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions

Required qualifications

• Possess an active Real Estate License with foundational knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices
• Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Familiarity with local Ashland, OH market trends and ability to perform comparative market analyses
• Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and transaction tracking
• High ethical standards and compliance with state and national real estate laws
