Ohio Licensed Registered Nurse

Job Summary

Seeking an Ohio Licensed Registered Nurse for a full-time remote position in a call center, where the nurse will provide clinical guidance to patients experiencing emergent symptoms, manage a high volume of calls and MyChart messages, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient care.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments to determine patient needs
• Document planned nursing interventions based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems
• Evaluate and document patient responses to nursing interventions and revise care plans as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact state
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in triage or call center operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
