Job Summary
Supporting quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Ohio Licensed RN - Charge Audits will manage data analysis and monitoring of quality outcomes while working remotely during the first shift.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and monitoring to improve quality of care and service levels
- Perform reviews of patient records for quality outcomes and enter data into relevant systems
- Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (RN) or Diploma Nurse
- Registered Nurse license
- 1-2 years of relevant experience; preferred 3-5 years
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
