Ohio Licensed Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an Ohio Licensed Senior Product Manager, the full-time remote position will manage commercial lines products, develop growth strategies, and ensure profitability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow assigned lines of business in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders
• Assess profitability and market opportunities, leading the development of solutions to optimize profit drivers
• Act as a subject matter expert on projects, ensuring successful deployment and compliance with state regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of seven years' experience in commercial lines product management and underwriting or claims
• Experience with state filing through S.E.R.F.F. preferred
• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or other relevant professional insurance designations preferred
• Proficient in data management tools and financial analysis, with proven analytical skills
