Ohio Licensed Social Worker

Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Social Worker will manage client treatment plans and deliver compassionate mental health care remotely, with a flexible Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Utilize telehealth technology to deliver therapy sessions and maintain client communication
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and active licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Ohio
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
