Ohio Licensed Social Worker

Job Summary

To ensure the health and welfare of Medicaid recipients, the remote Licensed Social Worker in Ohio will conduct investigations of reported incidents, analyze documentation, and coordinate with various stakeholders while working independently in a part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of incidents involving Medicaid recipients and providers to ensure compliance with health and welfare standards
• Review and analyze clinical records, incident reports, and other relevant documentation
• Document investigative activities and findings accurately in the incident reporting system

Required qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of paid experience in Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) or related fields
• Experience in incident investigation or quality assurance related to health and welfare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote environment
