Job Summary
Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Social Worker will manage client care and treatment planning while working remotely with a Monday to Friday schedule.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work or related field with appropriate licensure
