Job Summary
Seeking an Ohio Licensed Telemedicine Provider, the full-time remote position will evaluate, treat, and manage patients through individualized hormone optimization and preventive healthcare, focusing on both men's and women's hormone replacement therapy.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage a balanced patient population with a focus on hormone replacement therapy and preventive care
- Conduct clinical assessments and make medical decisions to optimize patient health and wellness
- Communicate effectively with patients to build relationships and enhance their healthcare experience
Required qualifications
- Active Ohio Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license or Physician Assistant license
- Current DEA registration appropriate for practice in Ohio at the time of application
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number without specialty
- Current national board certification applicable to the profession
- Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy and preventive medicine is preferred
