Job Summary
Seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Ohio Licensed Telemedicine Provider (NP or PA) for a fully remote, full-time position, responsible for evaluating, treating, and managing patients through personalized hormone optimization and preventive healthcare across Ohio.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage a balanced patient population with a focus on men's and women's hormone replacement therapy
- Provide individualized medical weight management and preventive healthcare services
- Maintain effective communication and build relationships with patients to enhance their quality of life
Required qualifications
- Active Ohio Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license or Physician Assistant license with appropriate NPI
- Current DEA registration appropriate for practice in Ohio at the time of application
- Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number without specialty
- Current national board certification applicable to the profession
- Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, preventive medicine, or medical weight management is preferred
