Job Summary
To support injured employees in a remote work environment, the full-time Ohio Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will manage case strategies, conduct clinical assessments via telephone, and coordinate medical services to facilitate recovery and return to work.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments to evaluate the injured worker's needs and medical treatment
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with clients, injured workers, and healthcare providers
- Identify and address issues related to delayed recovery and negotiate treatment plans with providers
Required qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience preferred
- Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
