Job Summary

Leading operational activities for the Duals Program in the Ohio market, the full-time remote Ohio Market Program Management Director will oversee program implementations, compliance, and performance, while driving strategic initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and operational budgets.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Duals Program operational activities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and effective resource management
• Establish strategies to identify and mitigate program risks, facilitating rapid resolution of issues and blockers
• Drive cross-functional communication and collaboration to improve outcomes and standardize best practices across markets

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, public health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Six years of experience with government-regulated health insurance products, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Six years of project and program management experience, with a focus on performance and process improvements in healthcare
• Demonstrated experience in implementing integrated programs
• Strong operational knowledge across member and provider functions in the healthcare payer industry
