Job Summary

Analyzing Ohio Lost-Time Workers Compensation claims, the full-time salaried Workers Compensation Claims Representative will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate effectively with clients, with the option for hybrid or remote work based on location.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Knowledge of Ohio Workers Compensation jurisdiction
