Job Summary
Providing outstanding administrative and claims support, the fully remote Oklahoma Licensed Claims Representative will communicate effectively with claimants and clients, manage reserves and payments, and ensure timely claim disposition.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and connections
- Accurately set reserves, make payments, and document file activity while collaborating with various stakeholders
- Utilize analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues related to claims handling
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, and applicable state laws
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
