Job Summary
Providing outstanding administrative and customer support, the fully remote Oklahoma Licensed Claims Representative will manage claims, communicate effectively with claimants and clients, and ensure timely claim disposition.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with claimants and clients through effective communication
- Accurately set reserves, make payments, and document file activity
- Utilize analytical skills to make decisions and resolve claims-related issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year related experience required
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, and applicable state laws
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
