Job Summary
Providing exceptional administrative and claims support, the fully remote Oklahoma Licensed Claims Representative will communicate with claimants and clients, set reserves, and ensure timely claim disposition while leveraging analytical skills to resolve issues.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and connections
- Accurately set reserves, make payments, and document file activity in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Provide fair and timely claim disposition in accordance with established standards
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year related experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, and applicable state laws
- Computer experience with claims and business software
